Ashley was such a pleasure to work with! My husband and I have worked with several realtors in the past but no one was as helpful and professional as Ashley. She was extremely communicative and made the entire process of finding the perfect new home as smooth and seamless as possible. She was so sweet with our kids and made them feel extremely comfortable and happy while home hunting. We had a great time working with Ashley and would highly recommend her!

After a couple months of searching for a new place to live on our own, we felt pretty defeated knowing our time was now limited. Ashley offered to help us find what we were looking for. Within a few short days, Ashley prepared a list of options, we checked out one of the homes, and applied that day. Ashley was so attentive and responsive to all of our needs and questions throughout the whole process. She ensured that we were comfortable with every decision, and that the application and lease signing got moved along in a timely manner. She eased our worries and turned our stressful situation around. We cannot thank Ashley enough for all of her support!

This was our first time selling a home, and I think we made an excellent choice in Ashley Doss as our listing agent. I cannot say enough to truly express how amazing of a realtor Ashley is. From Day 1 when we began considering the potential sale of our home through closing the sale, she went above and beyond the call of duty. Ashley worked closely with us to develop a successful marketing campaign and pricing strategy for a quick sale, putting in a lot of her time and effort to make sure our home was viewed by as many potential buyers as possible. Once we accepted an offer, just a few weeks after listing, she helped us get through all the hoops and bumps of the closing process, providing us with lots of guidance and advice. And when on the night before closing the buyers found a leak coming through the ceiling, Ashley was up until almost midnight and again at 5:30am the next morning researching/calling roofers along with us so that we could get the issue fixed right away and still be able to close on time that morning. We simply cannot thank Ashley enough for all she did for us throughout this process.

Ashley did a superb job in helping me locate rental properties in the Alexandria/Springfield area. Ashley always stayed in contact with me as well as the other agents in trying to secure a showing and getting my applications submitted to the agents in a timely manner. Looking for rental property in the Alexandria/Springfield area was quite a challenge as we encountered challenges with competitiveness among applicants. For the most part, the homeowners were essentially pulling from a pool of applicants, such that it was like a lottery! In the mist of all that was going on, Ashley maintained sincerity, friendliness, and professionalism. In the next 3 to 4 years I will be contacting Ashley to help me locate a home as I will be pursuing home ownership. I highly recommend Ashley and I give her 5 stars. Moving from Hawaii to Virginia complicates logistics. Ashley's help was instrumental in reducing the difficulties of such a distant move. Ashley helped us by culling homes that didn't fit our profile and went out to the homes we did like to do a live virtual tour. Definitely made a difference. Last fall we made the decision to sell our home and subsequently contacted Avery-Hess, Realtors. In the months prior to putting our home on the market their team spent time assessing what was necessary to best showcase our home, facilitated all the various vendors and contractors needed to accomplish this and followed up constantly to ensure all was satisfactory to us. They took the time to answer all our questions, provided accurate data to assess the best possible price for us, gave us a well thought through marketing plan, then negotiated and brought us a full price contract with a well qualified buyer from another agency and we sold our house within 24 hours. The follow up and communication on all details from contract to closing was great and alleviated all our concerns about meeting a short settlement. We can’t thank them enough for making this as stress free as possible during this transition in our life.
